Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you (the organization or individual creating an account, "Customer") and ISO Engine ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ISO Engine is software for payment independent sales organizations (ISOs) and their agents: statement analysis, proposals, residual reporting, Schedule A cost management, pipeline CRM, prospect research and call coaching. We do not process card payments, act as a payment processor, or provide legal, tax or financial advice. Pricing outputs are estimates you must verify before presenting to merchants.
2. Accounts and users
You are responsible for every user you invite (managers, employees and agents), for keeping credentials secure, and for all activity in your workspace. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization.
3. Free trial
New subscribers may receive one 30-day free trial per customer. A valid payment card is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged automatically for the plan and billing cycle you selected.
4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
Plans are billed in advance monthly or yearly and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades are prorated against your next invoice. Usage limits (statement analyses, seats, lookups, coaching sessions) reset on the first day of each calendar month. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. One-off services are non-refundable once delivered.
6. Failed payments and suspension
If a payment fails we may retry the charge and, after a grace period, pause access for your whole workspace until the balance is paid. Your data is retained while the account is paused.
7. Your data
You own the merchant statements, residual reports, leads and other content you upload ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the right to upload it, including any merchant consent required by your processor agreements or applicable law. Do not upload full card numbers or sensitive authentication data.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, send unsolicited bulk messages in violation of anti-spam laws, scrape or resell the platform, interfere with its security, or misrepresent pricing to merchants. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
9. AI features
Some features use third-party AI models to generate analysis, research and coaching. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; review it before relying on it or sharing it with merchants.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost residuals.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Either party may terminate for material breach. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
