Privacy Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026

This policy explains how ISO Engine collects and uses information when you use our website and platform. For Customer Data uploaded into a workspace, the ISO is the controller and we act as its processor.

1. Information we collect

Account information: name, email, company, role and login details. Billing information: handled by our payment provider; we receive only plan, status and the last digits of your card, never full card numbers. Customer Data: merchant statements, residual reports, Schedule A tables, proposals, pipeline deals, call notes and prospect research you upload or generate. Usage data: pages visited, device and browser details, and feature usage used to run and improve the service.

2. How we use information

To provide and secure the platform, process subscriptions, enforce plan limits, send service and billing emails, provide support, and improve features. We do not sell personal information and do not use Customer Data to train AI models.

3. Merchant statement confidentiality

Statements and residual data are stored against your organization only and access is restricted by role. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. Shared proposal links expire and can be revoked.

4. Service providers

We share data only with vendors that help us operate the service: cloud hosting and database, payment processing, email delivery, and AI model providers that process content to return analysis. They are bound to use data only on our instructions.

5. Prospect research

Prospect Scout and Territory Radar compile publicly available business information. If you are a business owner and want your details removed from a workspace, contact us and we will forward the request to the relevant customer.

6. Retention

We keep account and Customer Data while your subscription is active and for up to 30 days after termination so you can export it, then delete it except where required for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, isolated per organization with database-level access policies, and protected by role-based permissions, audit logs and breached-password checks. No system is perfectly secure; notify us promptly of any suspected incident.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and the EU/UK), you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within the time required by law.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

10. Changes and contact

We will post updates here and notify you of material changes. Privacy questions or requests: support@isoengine.com.
